What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, the items you ordered, any note you write, and your chosen delivery and payment method.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to confirm your order, contact you about it on WhatsApp or by phone, arrange delivery and keep a record of the sale.

Who can see it

Only the store owner can open the order records. We share your name, address and phone number with the courier that delivers your parcel. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your order message is sent through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

Payments

We do not collect card or bank details on this website. For UPI orders you pay us directly from your own UPI app. For cash on delivery you pay when the parcel arrives.

Your cart and cookies

Your cart is kept in your browser on your own device so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 94631 21486. We may need to keep basic order records where the law requires it.
